Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days once the order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. 

Order confirmation will be sent out via email as soon as the order is placed. If there is any question about the order please reference the order number when reaching out to discuss it. 

Separate shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as the order has shipped. Please check that the shipping address and contact information is correct at checkout. Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.

All items are shipped via USPS. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages. 

Punchy Pottery LLC is NOT responsible for replacing or refunding any items in packages that are lost or stolen.
