Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days once the order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. 

Order confirmation will be sent out via email as soon as the order is placed. If there is any question about the order please reference the order number when reaching out to discuss it. 

Separate shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as the order has shipped. Please check that the shipping address and contact information is correct at checkout. Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.

All items are shipped via USPS. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages. 

Punchy Pottery LLC is NOT responsible for replacing or refunding any items in packages that are lost or stolen.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of each package, as well as the destination.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider immediately. Be sure to keep both the damaged item(s) and the original shipping box, as the carrier may require physical evidence before a refund or claim can be processed.

The buyer is responsible for any import fees, customs duties, and applicable taxes. Punchy Pottery LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with any additional costs that may apply when purchasing pottery from outside your country.
