R E T U R N S

Due to the fragile nature of hand-crafted pottery, ALL ITEMS are final sale and not eligible for return. If you have questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact me before purchasing. I will do my best to resolve an issues within my ability. 

Please review ALL listing details and photos, carefully, before purchasing. I try to photograph in natural lighting, please be mindful that colors may appear slightly different.

Each piece is handmade. That being said, it is hand-thrown, sculpted and altered from start to finish. Variations in glaze and color differ from piece to piece. Remember, no two items are the same! 

If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order with documentation of the damage.

 

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Orders may be cancelled within 24 HOURS of placing. To request a cancellation please email me at punchypottery@gmail.com

Punchy Pottery LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders to individuals at any time.

 

S H I P P I N G

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days once the order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. 

Order confirmation will be sent out via email as soon as the order is placed. If there is any question about the order please reference the order number when reaching out to discuss it. 

Separate shipping confirmation emails are sent as soon as the order has shipped. Please check that the shipping address and contact information is correct at checkout. Customer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information.

All items are shipped via USPS. Once an item has been shipped, I have no control over delivery times, delays, lost, or stolen packages. 

Punchy Pottery LLC is NOT responsible for replacing or refunding any items in packages that are lost or stolen.

 

D A M A G E S

I package each piece with extreme caution and care, but if you item arrives damaged, please contact me at punchypottery@gmail.com WITHIN 72 HOURS of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and items. If I do not receive an email with photos of the damage within 72 hours, I cannot offer any refunds or replacements. 

If a replacement is offered, please note that each piece is hand-crafted and is one-of-a-kind. I will do my absolute best to replicate the piece, but please understand there will be slight variances to the original piece. Any replacement item may take up to 6-12 weeks to receive due to the process of pottery and my current schedule.

 

P O T T E R Y    C A R E

Pottery is quite durable but is also breakable. The best way to preserve your piece and to have it last, is to be mindful when using it. 

I recommend hand-washing each item, to ensure the piece will be taken care of properly.
